Description

Before you begin the NDC Recertification Application, please review the recertification documents that may be found on our website.  Also note, that in order for your recertification application to be processed, you must have all three required units listed on your application, applications presented with less than three units will be rejected.

Within this application, you will be asked to describe and upload supporting documentation for each of the approved activities that you wish to submit for NDC recertiļ¬cation. These may not have been previously submitted (include course or event name, provider, dates, location, description and supporting documentation). You may submit up to five separate activities within this application.  T

Examples of acceptable forms of supporting documentation include, but are not limited to:

  • Certificates of attendance/completion
  • Agendas
  • Transcripts
  • Sign-in sheets
  • Acknowledgment for presentation
  • Copies of articles (for those who author articles)

Professionals who hold one or more NDC Certification need only to complete three recertification units every three years. When more than the required units are earned within one recertification period, the excess units will not roll over into the next recertification cycle.

Please note: Due to the high volume of recertification applications being submitted, it is currently taking approximately 6 weeks to review and process each application. The recertification department will reach out to you if they have any questions regarding your application. Otherwise, you will be contacted in approximately 6 weeks with the status of your recertification.

If you have any questions regarding NDC Recertification please email recert@ndconline.org.

Thank you for your continued commitment to bettering our communities and our country.
